Small caged animals (e.g., common household birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, small lizards) are allowed without pet rent. Fish are limited to a reasonable amount; no more than three aquariums with a combined capacity of 40 gallons.
